With an MBA from Columbia University in New York, Gagliardo has held key and senior positions at international companies such as Ford, Fiat, Lancia, Alfa Romeo, Trenitalia, Piaggio, FCA, and Abarth, and has provided various operational consulting services in Switzerland, Italy, and the United States. He is currently a director at Fibra Italia and a lecturer at the University of Rome Tor Vergata.
