The process begins with an in-depth dialogue with the client to fully understand the initial needs, company environment and expected outcomes. This is followed by a co-design phase, in which we work closely with the client to craft a solution that addresses the agreed-upon needs and generates tangible,

measurable, and lasting impact. Service execution may involve a combination of tailored tools such as semi-structured interviews, specialized tests, workshops, training/coaching/mentoring sessions, climate surveys and role-playing exercises. The process ends with a debriefing session based on a comprehensive report outlining the activities carried out, key results, critical insights and guidelines for any recommended next step.

The Mapping service, based on the same methodological foundations as Executive Search, is designed to provide a deep understanding of the organizational structures or business models of a selected group of companies (Target List), whether direct competitors or from adjacent industries or market fields.
The goal is to offer the client a realistic benchmark to support a more accurate

analysis and evaluation of their own organizational strategy, whether in the design, redesign or execution phase.
This strategic intelligence service, supports decision-making and helps guiding the company toward its predefined objectives. Every Mapping project is entirely bespoke, beginning with a deep needs analysis and client consultation, followed by the definition of the target scope and the desired output.
