We then launch a Direct Search, combining detailed market analysis with advanced digital tools to identify a pool
of potential candidates.
Each profile is evaluated through In-Depth Interviews and customized assessments to measure their skills, capabilities and cultural fit. The most suitable candidates are selected for the final Shortlist, presented by detailed Candidate Reports and qualitative insights. Finally, we support our clients through their internal recruitment process and the final Negotiation stages, ensuring a successful Placement and offering continuous Follow-Up during the initial on-boarding phase.
