The framework of our activities is often represented by relevant transitions within the companies (new manager arrival, change of governance, introduction of new strategies, corporate restructuring, M&A operations). That is, situations in which the change becomes a favorable opportunity to develop necessary skills to face with new challenges, both from the person and the organization points of view.
Our work can therefore be briefly described by two types of action, on two distinct levels as follows:

- Assessment: the proper check and evaluation of a specific real scenario as a starting point of a positive action.
- Development: the set of conservative and/or innovative actions to better cope with the existing challenges.
Levels
- People: focus on individuals and on their own current and potential self-efficacy level within the organizational context.
- Organizations: focus on team/departments/positions/company itself to comply to the in-place challenges.
